| There are a large number of tour operators that provide a wide variety of Safari experiences. Livingstone is close in proximity to an area of Africa that is teaming with wildlife, so whichever tour you pick you are sure to see see some of the most impressive wildlife in the world. Safaris are typically one to four days in length, and can use a variety of boats, buses, 4x4s and lodges to get you close to nature.

River cruises are the ideal way to explore the Zambezi, and the teaming wildlife it supports. There are a number of options which include smaller motor boats which can explore the banks of the Zambezi, and also larger vessels which are equipped to wine and dine their guests as they travel. Some say that Victoria Falls is best viewed from the air, and it is certainly affords some spectacular views.
